Privacy.
Your creations belong to you. heypster Studio is designed to process your content directly on your Mac so that your data is not collected.

No collection of your creations.
heypster Studio does not collect the videos, images, GIFs, or other files you open or create in the application. Your content is processed directly on your Mac and is not sent to heypster's servers for conversion or processing.
heypster does not create user profiles based on your creations and does not sell any personal data to advertisers or third parties.
Your Mac is your workspace. Your creations remain yours.

Your files remain under your control.
Videos, GIFs and MP4s
The files you import into heypster Studio are used only to perform the operations you request in the application. Exported files are saved to the locations you choose on your Mac.
History of your creations
heypster does not create a remote history of your videos, GIFs, or other creations made with heypster Studio.
Geolocation
heypster Studio does not use your geographic location to create, analyze, or convert your content.

Apple Intelligence.
Some heypster Studio features may use Apple technologies available on your device, including Apple Intelligence when it is available and compatible with your Mac.
heypster Studio prioritizes processing performed directly on your device. When technologies or services provided by Apple are used, their operation is also subject to Apple's privacy policies and mechanisms.

No advertising profiling.
heypster Studio does not include any system designed to track your activity in the application in order to create an advertising profile. heypster does not sell your personal data.
The heypster.studio website is intended to present heypster Studio and provide access to its download. It is not intended to track your browsing activity on other websites or create an advertising profile of its visitors.

Sharing and third-party services.
Your creations remain on your Mac unless you choose to export, share, or send them to another service.
Some features related to macOS, the Mac App Store, or Apple technologies are provided by Apple and may be subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
heypster Studio is not responsible for processing carried out independently by a third-party service when you choose to export or share content with that service.

Your rights.
You have the rights provided under applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection legislation.
Since heypster Studio does not collect the files you process locally with the application, heypster does not hold a copy of these creations on its servers.

Changes to this policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to heypster Studio, its features, or applicable legal requirements.
